Refund policy

Returns:

At Shiraz Elohev Jewelry, we pour our heart into every piece we create, and we want you to absolutely love what you receive. However, we understand that sometimes things may not be perfect. Returns are accepted only if the item has not been worn and the return request is made within 5 days of receipt. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we will process your refund, as your satisfaction is important to us. Please note that the shipping cost for returns is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges:

If your heart desires a different piece, exchanges are welcome within 5 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn. The shipping cost for both sending the item back and reshipping the new piece is the responsibility of the customer. We’ll handle your exchange with the utmost care to ensure you get the piece you’ll truly cherish.

Special Orders:

Special orders are crafted uniquely for you, which makes them extra special. For this reason, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if a piece of jewelry is broken due to a manufacturing problem, repairs will be covered by us.
